Record Trout

My dad and I set out on a trip to the River Miesjoki in mid-June. We cast our lures without much of a plan, and just when we were about to leave, a large fish hit my lure in the middle of the rapid and started dashing left and right. I had to play it for quite a while as we didn’t have a landing net with us. After I’d played if for 5 to 10 minutes we finally had a good-sized trout lying on the bank, weighing around one kilo. We measured it at around 45 cm, and then released it.
